Membership Criteria

Conditions for Medical Institutions' Membership:

1. The institution must be officially registered in its country of origin and possess a professional license to practice medical work.

2. The institution must have been operating in its specialized medical field for at least one year.

3. The institution must comply with the laws, policies, and medical standards of the Union in accordance with global quality standards.

4. The institution must not have any negative indicators regarding medical practice, administrative, or behavioral systems.

5. The medical institution must hold at least the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management.

6. The institution must complete the Union’s membership application form.

7. The following requirements for the institution must be provided:

   • A copy of the medical institution’s license to practice medical work.

   • An attached file of the medical institution's internal regulations.

   • The institution's CV (profile), indicating its medical specialties.

   • The institution’s detailed address.

   • A copy of the institution’s ISO certificate.

   • Number of medical, administrative, and operational staff in the institution.

   • The institution's official email address.

   • The institution’s official phone numbers.

8. The following requirements for the institution’s responsible person or authorized representative must be provided:

   • A copy of the passport

   • Personal photograph

   • Blood type

   • Official email address

   • Official phone number

   • Residential address or place of residence

   • CV (Curriculum Vitae)
